Established by Harry Grosberg in 1924, Belstaff is a luxury brand steeped in British heritage and a sense of adventure, renowned for their superior range of premium leather and wax coated cotton jacket. The company is the first business in the world to sell a waterproof yet breathable fabric which is now known as ‘Wax Cotton,’ using a fine Egyptian cotton treated with natural oils which has made them incredibly successful. They now produce garments for motorcyclists, outdoor activities, and the Army along with a selection of accessories such as gloves, boots and goggles. Belstaff is also known for producing the famous ‘Black Prince’ motorcycle jacket in 1943. Still rooted in the label’s motorsports heritage, the collections explore a new sense of rugged elegance, with high-quality fabrications epitomising timeless British refinement with a contemporary twist. Rich neutral tones are elevated with textured materials, asymmetric hemlines and decorative accents. Slouchy silhouettes are crafted from super-soft fabrics for relaxed elegance. The label’s distinctive cold weather pieces come in a range of functionally elegant finishes throughout the range, from slick waxed cotton to sumptuous padded styles.
