OSMAN, the eponymous label from British born and based designer Osman Yousefzada, made its debut in 2008 at London Fashion Week. Deeply rooted in the creative worlds of both art and fashion, Osman’s unique architectural aesthetic and strong sculptural designs both flatter and celebrate the woman’s body, qualities which have established the Central Saint Martins graduate as one of London’s most exciting talents. The designer’s sharply cut gowns and purist approach to block colouring ensure his elegant clothes are a commanding presence.

In 2008 Osman was nominated for the annual Designs of the Year Award at the Design Museum. In the same year he was also awarded the prestigious BFC Newgen Award sponsored by Topshop. Yousefzada was shortlisted for the BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund in 2011, 2013, 2015 and for Frieze Art Award in 2014.

Osman’s fan base keeps expanding to include a plethora of famous names such as Beyonce, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Swift, Emily Blunt, Felicity Jones, Thandie Newton, Kate Moss, Mary Kate-Olsen, Helen Mirren, Amber Heard, Charlize Theron, Kerry Washington, Alexa Chung, Gwyneth Paltrow, Selena Gomez, Lily Cole, Lady Gaga and more.

Osman produces a bi-annual collaborative journal, The Collective – a cross-disciplinary publication in which Osman draws on his own circle of fellow artists, writers and creative to explore the intersection of art and fashion in a stunning photographic series interwoven with insightful essays.
