UK – DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY (1 – 2 working days)
All orders = £7.50
DHL Express delivery service is provided for orders from the United Kingdom. Orders will be delivered within 1 – 2 business days. Orders placed by 1 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed later than 1 PM will be shipped on the following business day.
DHL do not deliver on the weekend, orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday/Tuesday.
UK – Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery Guaranteed®
All orders = £15.00
Orders placed by 3 PM on Friday will be delivered the next day – Saturday.
EU (including Non-EU countries) EXPRESS DELIVERY (1 – 3 working days)
All orders = £22.00
Orders from EU and Non-EU countries are shipped with DHL Express service which takes 1-3 days to reach the delivery address.
Please note that deliveries may take longer for reasons beyond DHL’s control.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (2-5 working days)
All orders = £35.00
Orders from international countries are shipped with DHL Express service that takes 2-5 days to reach the delivery destination (subject to customs clearance). If there are any delays due to customs, we will ensure to keep you informed via the email you provided us on your order.
CLICK AND COLLECT – PICK UP IN STORE
You can visit us in store for a quick, easy and free way to collect your order. Not only can you pick up your purchase, but you can also meet the team and is if anything else takes your fancy. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready to collect. Then simply pop up in store giving your name and order ID to a member of the team.
Please bring the card you used for payment and a photo ID when collecting your order.

DUTIES & TAXES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. You can shop online in Euros or Pounds Sterling depending on your shipping destination. UK VAT will be applied to orders shipped to EU and UK, excluding Channel Islands. The online prices shown to shipping destinations outside the EU are excluding VAT.
International orders, from non-EU countries, will be sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), which means all relevant import taxes and duties are not included. Thus, any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Please be advised that tax and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.
If a shipment is refused, we will do what we can to void the customs charges and have the shipment returned to Bernard Boutique. However, we cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will inform via the email you provided and deduct the amount from your refund.
RESTRICTIONS AND STATUS UPDATES
Bernard Boutique is currently unable to deliver parcels to Russia.
Bernard Boutique is currently unable to deliver items with fur or faux fur to Kazakhstan.
Shipping to China is provided via DHL courier on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Due to customs restrictions, we require the receiver to provide a ten digit customs registration number (CR number) to Bernard Boutique which must be obtained from Chinese customs. We cannot ship orders to China via DHL courier without the required CR number. Please be advised that you will need to contact your local customs for the customs registration number (CR number). Your local customs will return your shipment to us if you cannot provide your personal customs registration number. In this event you still may incur duties and taxes from customs in China, which you as the customer would be solely responsible for. All items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are excluded.
To return goods please:
1) Repackage your items carefully and securely.
2) Enclose the copy of your order in the package.
3) Return to Bernard Boutique within 14 days of your written notification to email@example.com
If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days.
Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with attached security seal, original packaging and garment tags still attached. Please note we will not accept returns with removed security tags. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued. For faulty or late returns past the 14 day return period please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Goods are returned to Bernard Boutique at the expense and risk of the customer. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
In order to prevent goods being held in customs when you are sending a return from a non-EU country please clearly mark the package as ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’. When filling in the export documents, under reason for export put ‘GOODS BEING RETURNED TO SELLER FOR NOT MET CONDITIONS OF THE ORDER’ and use Customs Procedure Code (CPC) 61 23 F01. If possible, enclose the original Airway Bill and Proforma Invoice.

Once the returned item has been received by the boutique and if it complies with our Returns Policy, you will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. Please note, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
